What Helira will never do
Trust takes years to build and seconds to lose. These are public commitments to every Australian driver who uses Helira. They are not aspirations — they are rules we hold ourselves to.
Never sell or share your personal data
Your location, driving habits, and search history belong to you. We will never sell, licence, or share your personal data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party. Our business model is subscriptions, not surveillance.
Never use dark patterns
No misleading buttons, no confusing unsubscribe flows, no fake urgency timers. If you want to cancel, downgrade, or delete your account, we make it obvious and easy. Two clicks, no guilt trip.
Never send anxiety notifications
No "Prices are SURGING!" push notifications designed to make you panic. We send helpful alerts when fuel drops below your target price. That's it. You control what you receive.
Never buy influencer endorsements
If someone recommends Helira, it's because they genuinely use it. We don't pay influencers to pretend they love us. We'd rather build something worth talking about.
Never bash competitors
Other fuel apps and EV tools exist. Some are good. We focus on making Helira better, not making others look worse. If a competitor serves you better for something specific, use them.
Never make it hard to delete your data
You can export or delete all your data at any time from your profile settings. When you delete, we delete — no 90-day retention periods, no hidden backups we conveniently forget about.
